I went to the store today, 11/4, and the desire of the person who welcomed me was ZERO. The store closes at 1:00 pm and at 12:35 pm I requested an arrangement, and before the person said whether or not they could do it, they looked very hard at their watch. As if she was doing me a favor. The reality is sad, because the businessman juggles things to maintain the operation, and the employees don't recognize it.

Location and Flowers are undoubtedly top quality and very well cared for, good and fast service, however I believe they can improve in terms of adapting a support so that the customer can carry a larger bouquet without fear of crushing or ruining the flowers, the bouquet that in theory I would be standing in the car as it has tipped over in the back of the parking lot, something that could be easily solved with a cardboard support!
